In the works:
Levin Kurio from www.weissblechcomics.com already announced it – I’ll have my own little book titled Magier, Monster, Meuchelmörder (in English~: “Mages, Monsters, Murderers”) collecting some out of print stories from Horrorschocker and Heavy Metal magazine and featuring one or two new stories as well, apart from exclusive pin ups and sketch pages! Should be done soon-ish! More and this and other Weissblech goodness coming your way check this link. Moreover I just finished a pin up for my favorite Canadian comic book series: Kill Shakespeare – keep your eyes open where this may pop up in the future! When I’m not drawing I’m teaching these days: at Bielefeld University where I’ll soon wrap up my “Killing Shakespeare” seminar and at the VHS Bielefeld where you can now enroll in my weekend workshops for February and March. More on this in the appropriate section of this website. Also, look forward to more Shadowrun illustrations from yours truly! Check out my deviantArt site for Warhammer 40k sketches and other stuff! Side note: Mephisto #51 was pushed back to March 2011.
Events:
Next convention I’ll attend is Leipzig book fair; however I’ll probably only be a standard attendee and not an artist with a table. However, at the Role Play Convention in Cologne (Germany) I’ll hold a workshop or two and sign at various booths as it looks right now. Indeed Gencon and San Diego comic con are two destinations this year I want to attend again. As much as I loved Wondercon, I’ll probably not make it this year.

Da ich mit diesem Update spät dran bin: Meldet euch schnell an für den Workshop im Februar, die Hälfte der Plätze sind bereits weg! Der erste Workshop fokussiert sich auf Figurenzeichnen für eine Einzelillustration, der Zweite nimmt das etwas schneller durch und beinhaltet dann auch einen Rundumschlag im Comiczeichnen. Für alle Anfänger und Grundlagen-interessierte Fortgeschrittene geeignet. Einfach in die Workshop-Sektion gucken und informieren. Es gibt möglicherweise sogar Preisnachlässe für Studenten (auf der Seite der VHS auf Anmeldung klicken und runterscrollen). Apropos Studenten, im Sommersemester gibt es wieder „Graphic Storytelling“ an der Uni Bielefeld (siehe eKVV). Das ist auch was für Leute die nicht zeichnen können (es aber mal probieren wollen).
