Having gone through the purgatory of getting a new computer, monitor and graphic tablet (Wacom Intuos 4L, indeed) I’ve been incapacitated for a couple of weeks. Luckily I was busy as hell giving seminars at the Volkshochschule and Universtiy Bielefeld, and getting the art together for the upcoming issue 49 of Mephisto magazine. Instead of diving right into work I leave for Germany’s biggest comic convention in Franken which brings us to our big news item today:
Events: Attending the Erlangen Comic Salon from tomorrow (May 3rd) till sunday (May 6th) you can find me at Levin Kurio’s Weissblechcomics booth (#30), signing books and selling prints. Also, I will have a small stack of signed G.I. Joe Origins (## 11 and 15) with me for sale. Maybe even some original art. Don’t miss it!
Product News: Quick bonus info! Heavy Metal magazine’s Spring issue features Boris Koch’s maritime horror story “Seaman’s Yarn” (“Seemansgarn”), illustrated by your’s truly. This one had been published before in Hammerharte Horrorschocker # 9 in German language. Check out an English language preview here!
